Senior Finance Lead – UK Operations

Role Overview

• This is a senior finance leadership role with full ownership of UK multi-entity reporting, cashflow management, compliance, and financial governance. The successful candidate will also oversee Czech & Speaker from a group reporting perspective. This position requires a systems-oriented leader who can streamline accounting workflows, introduce automation, and leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting accuracy across the finance function.

Team Growth & Leadership

• This role will build and lead the Philippines finance team. The structure is expected to expand to four members within 12 months. The Senior Finance Lead will recruit, manage, develop, and performance-manage the team while implementing clear KPIs, reporting standards, and accountability frameworks.
