Senior Finance Leader

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Finance Leader will provide strategic and operational leadership over the entire finance function. This role is accountable for financial strategy, planning, reporting, controls, compliance, and team leadership. The expectation is simple: ensure financial integrity, drive smart decision-making, and scale the finance organization as the business grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Executive Leadership

• Lead and oversee the entire finance function, including accounting, FP&A, payroll, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing clear financial insights to support business decisions.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track financial and operational performance.
