Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Finance Manager who is a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in M&A, fundraising, and group-level financial management, ideally within a Singapore-listed environment. This role will be instrumental in driving corporate finance initiatives, ensuring robust governance, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial management, including consolidation, reporting, compliance, and statutory obligations.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements for listed entities.
