The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the preparation of financial statements, audit coordination, and due diligence activities while ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic financial statements for standalone and consolidated entities in line with applicable accounting standards.
