Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Finance leader to drive end-to-end finance transformation and Global Business Services (GBS) operations . This role will oversee controllership, financial governance, and commercial performance while enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making across global delivery platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in shared services, executive financial modeling, and cross-border stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Transformation & GBS Leadership

• Lead global finance transformation initiatives across shared services and GBS environments
• Establish and optimize end-to-end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and governance frameworks
