Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, oversee and help with the day-to-day operations of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial closing. Cash Flow Forecasting & Management: Hands-on preparation and optimization of short- and long-term group cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for manufacturing and trading. Direct Reporting & Advisory:
Report regularly and directly to the Managing Director (MD)* on financial health and operational metrics.
Provide high-level strategic finance advice and insights directly to the Board of Management*.
Banking & Credit Facilities: Act as the primary contact for banks; actively manage loan facilities, trade financing, and banking relationships. Financial & Cost Control: Oversee manufacturing costing and sales projection and ensure full compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements. Audit & Tax: Drive the year-end audit process and ensure timely corporate tax and secretarial submissions.
