As a Senior Financial Account Specialist at Mantu, you will play a crucial role in our finance department by managing the billing process efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for generating invoices, monitoring payment deadlines, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.


• Verify the accuracy of billing data with Purchase Order received and resolve any discrepancies with Business Partners.


• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services.


• Communicate with customers to answer billing inquiries and resolve payment issues in collaboration with the Recovery Team.
