What You Will Do

Support the full month-end and year-end close cycle, including producing accurate financial reports for leadership and the board Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, leveraging a strong understanding of TE's drivers, cash flow, and P&L Contribute to the annual financial audit and assist with ASPE to US GAAP reconciliation; apply sound accounting principles to resolve issues at the right level Partner with the CFO in preparing investor and lender reporting, dashboards, annual budgets, and forecasts Review existing accounting processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and reporting quality Serve as a superuser across finance systems (Sage Intacct, BambooHR, Shareworks, and Prophix) documenting processes, handling complex tasks, and assisting with Employee Shares, Options, and Canadian and US Corporate Taxes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, People, Legal) to identify financial issues and align on impacts Provid...
