Senior Financial Analyst (18 Month Contract)

Opportunity Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for an 18‑month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

Full cycle accounting, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and managing the general ledger in compliance with IFRS.

Preparing detailed financial analysis of results.

Conducting detailed review of accurate, complete and approved internal management‑based financial reporting under IFRS for ad‑hoc reporting and consistency with corporate policies and standards.

Preparing and reviewing income and indirect tax provisions and tax returns.

Qualifications

CPA or close to designation.

Strong understanding of IFRS.

4+ years of relevant experience.

Tax experience is an asset.

Insurance industry experience is an asset.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
