Senior Financial Analyst - Business Unit

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Manage the monthly financial reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials – Business unit P&L, Balance Sheet
+ Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines
+ Prepare business unit P&L and variance analysis of actuals vs plan
+ Good command on departmental SGA, CGS Cost Centre Analysis & identify key drivers
+ Prepare management reports defining key indicators and metrics and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
+ Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
+ Preparation of financial presentations to BU Leadership teams.
+ Drive Process optimization initiatives to create efficiency
+ Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
+ Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
