Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role by actively contributing towards the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of Northland’s financial reporting process, reporting to the Manager, External Financial Reporting, and working closely with a team of accounting professionals on external reporting deliverables based on established deadlines, including quarterly financial statements, Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), system‑driven consolidation, and management reporting. You will also be involved in complex technical accounting matters as they arise, research and prepare accounting and reporting memoranda for internal and external financial reporting. This role will be based in Toronto and requires working from our Corporate office a minimum of four times a week in line with our hybrid work model.
