About the Opportunity

Ministry & Program Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ministry and program leaders.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results, identify variances, and provide insights to support operational decision‑making.
• Partner with ministry teams to develop and monitor program budgets.
• Support leadership with financial dashboards, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Grant Reporting & Compliance

• Lead financial reporting for all restricted grants, ensuring compliance with donor, government, and foundation requirements.
• Track grant expenditures, revenue recognition, and fund balances.
• Prepare financial schedules for grant proposals, renewals, and audits.
• Maintain documentation to support grant audits and monitoring visits.
