About the Opportunity Ministry & Program Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ministry and program leaders.

Analyze budget-to-actual results, identify variances, and provide insights to support operational decision‑making.

Partner with ministry teams to develop and monitor program budgets.

Support leadership with financial dashboards, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Grant Reporting & Compliance

Lead financial reporting for all restricted grants, ensuring compliance with donor, government, and foundation requirements.

Track grant expenditures, revenue recognition, and fund balances.

Prepare financial schedules for grant proposals, renewals, and audits.

Maintain documentation to support grant audits and monitoring visits.

Collaborate with program managers to ensure spending aligns with grant agreements and timelines.
