Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support BE Operations Finance processes across costing, forecasting, closing and performance reporting, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

• Analyze and manage subcontractor service fees, including volume-based pricing, fixed charges, and variable service elements.

• Perform cost and variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and standard cost, identifying key drivers and financial risks.

• Execute process improvement and automation initiatives by simplifying and standardizing workflows, redesigning trackers/templates, and automating recurring data preparation and reporting where feasible; implement appropriate controls (validation checks, versioning, clear ownership) and ensure changes are documented and sustainable for handover to reduce manual effort in data consolidation, variance analysis, and recurring reporting within the contract period.
