Senior Financial Analyst

ZACD is a leading regional integrated asset manager. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who excels in the intersection of real estate investment and sophisticated financial engineering. You will be responsible for the financial lifecycle of our investments, ranging from project-specific Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to multi-asset Variable Capital Company (VCC) sub-funds.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modelling & Investment Analysis

• Build and maintain development and acquisition financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, equity waterfall, sensitivity analysis).
• Analyse GDV, construction costs, land cost, financing costs, exit values and cash-flow timing.
• Evaluate different ownership and investment structures (direct holding, SPV, JV, fund structures).
