Job Description
- Understand and implement the unit operations plan by reviewing activities, projects, and performance measures, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring implementation daily.
- Track and report on performance by monitoring progress against targets, identifying concerns, and submitting reports quarterly and as required.
- Comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge, attending training, and resolving queries daily and as required.
- Comply with processes by staying informed on procedures, applying them correctly, and addressing concerns daily.
- Prepare monthly management reporting for the company's value chain results by collating data, performing analysis, identifying and resolving issues, preparing reports, and submitting on time.
