Job Description
The Senior Financial Controller is a hands-on finance leader responsible for managing the full financial lifecycle of a complex, multinational organization. This role oversees everything from day-to-day General Ledger integrity to high-level strategic budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity financial consolidation. The ideal candidate brings elite-tier accounting firm experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to operate confidently within a global healthcare consultancy or similarly complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis (FP&A)
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, delivering in-depth analysis of variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure financial alignment with strategic business objectives.
