Overview

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Financial Controls Tester to support SOX compliance efforts for a leading industrial client in Western Canada. This role will focus on executing internal controls testing across corporate functions, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. The successful candidate will work with the Financial Controls team to assess control design, document evidence, and evaluate the operating effectiveness of financial controls over reporting. Responsibilities include testing controls such as Accounts Payable, coordinating with process owners, and supporting year-end and annual setup activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, with testing cycles peaking from September to March.
