Interim Group Financial Controller – Helsinki

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a senior Interim Group Financial Controller for a one-year assignment based in Helsinki, starting spring 2026.

This is a high-responsibility role where you will take full ownership of the Group consolidation and reporting function during a parental leave replacement. The position requires an experienced professional who can step in with minimal onboarding and operate independently from day one.

Scope of the assignment

• Full responsibility for group consolidation and monthly reporting
• Preparation and delivery of board and management reporting packages
• Oversight and coordination of the external accounting provider
• Hands-on closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Driving structure, efficiency and improvements within the reporting process
