Interim Group Financial Controller – Helsinki
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a senior Interim Group Financial Controller for a one-year assignment based in Helsinki, starting spring 2026.
This is a high-responsibility role where you will take full ownership of the Group consolidation and reporting function during a parental leave replacement. The position requires an experienced professional who can step in with minimal onboarding and operate independently from day one.
Scope of the assignment
Full responsibility for group consolidation and monthly reporting
Preparation and delivery of board and management reporting packages
Oversight and coordination of the external accounting provider
Hands-on closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards
Driving structure, efficiency and improvements within the reporting process
