Senior Financial Operations Manager

Overview

Deel is scaling rapidly toward IPO, and our Equity Operations and Financial Planning team is at the center of that growth. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Operations Manager who can step in as a trusted operations leader—someone who owns equity operations, drives process automation for scale, and brings financial operations expertise to support our IPO readiness.

What You’ll Own

• Internal Equity Operations – Day‑to‑day ownership of equity grants (RSUs and stock options), equity plan administration, Shareworks platform management, compliance, and cross‑jurisdictional equity tax and withholding strategies across 130+ countries.
• IPO Readiness – Equity audit preparation, cap table management, grant documentation compliance, and ensuring all systems and processes meet public company standards.
