Senior Financial Operations Officer

MISSION

The Senior Financial Operations Officer is responsible for the efficient execution of MKS PAMP’s operational activities, supporting the group’s precious metals trading business. This role supports the European Trade Teams, including active co-ordination with Geneva Head Office and Ticino Refinery Operations Teams, ensuring timely readiness of completed operational processes.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Execution
  • Perform and maintain accuracy and timeliness of the company’s trades capture, cash and margin monitoring operational processes, ensuring continuity of critical post-trade processes.
   • Perform Daily Bank Reconciliations to internal Trading System, review Customer Margin Call requirements with reference to prior day margin movements and adequacy of Collateral, and ensure all End-Of-Day (‘EOD’) trade validations and processes are completed, ready for review by th...
