Senior Financial Planning Analyst

**Overview**

The Senior Analyst, FP&A (Wakefield, MA) will support cost & headcount forecasting/analytics for Epsilon’s Technology & Services Practice.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the candidate will be accountable for key aspects of the FP&A function including the following:

+ Work directly with Director of FP&A on the Operating Expense forecast process for Tech & Services which includes direct client costs, headcount, commissions, shared service allocations, etc.
+ Partnering with Business/Product leaders to better understand headcount and cost requirements monthly for rolling forecasts
+ Performing client profitability analytics and making recommendations / partnering with the business on ways to improve client margins
+ Analyzing client cost metrics to help the business understand risks / opportunities to forecast for direct client costs
