Senior Financial Reporting Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned areas of the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Coordinate with tax teams to ensure alignment between accounting and tax reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audits
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching and guidance
• Support ad hoc management requests, analysis, and special projects
