As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will oversee the execution of all SEC filings, draft disclosures, and ensure compliance with SOX regulations. The role involves partnering with finance leaders on technical accounting matters while managing external audits and supporting complex transactions, such as carve-outs and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and lead SEC filing processes • Manage external audit and compliance activities • Prepare technical accounting memoranda and disclosures • Oversee intercompany accounting procedures • Support integration of new entities into SOX framework
