Senior Financial Valuation Analyst

The ideal candidate could have performed numerous valuations covering Goodwill Impairment, Purchase Price Allocation, Earnouts, Common and Preferred Stock valuation, Convertible Debt, Options, and Gift Estate valuation for financial reporting supporting private and/or public companies.
Job Description
Senior Analysts work on a variety of assignments, including business and business interest valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, intellectual property valuations, complex financial instruments, stock options, and dispute consulting. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in working with senior leaders to grow the Business Valuation Services Practice (the Practice) and deliver superior client service with technically sound and objective analysis and function in all facets of the Practice for the Northeast Region.
