Senior Flowable Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Flowable Engage Developer with a strong hands-on Java background to design, develop, and scale conversational engagement platforms within a banking environment.

This role will focus on building secure, real-time, customer-facing and internal chat-driven workflows that power digital banking channels, relationship manager platforms, and operational servicing use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop chat-driven engagement solutions using Flowable Engage
• Configure and customize conversational flows, user inboxes, case routing, and engagement rules
• Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot) to support chat orchestration and integrations
