Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, testing, and repairing fire protection and life safety systems in compliance with local codes, standards, and company policies. Their role typically includes leadership or mentoring of junior technicians.
System Maintenance & Inspection
Conduct regular inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, smoke control, emergency lighting). Ensure life safety systems comply with NFPA standards and local fire codes. Identify and report deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
Installation & Commissioning
