Senior Foundry Yield Engineer

Job Description


+ Driving yield improvement activities during new product ramp up and volume production including Foundry Defect Density reduction CIP.
+ Collaborate with the foundry process tech team, Product & test Engineering and foundry technical manager to design wafer DOEs for yield improvement.
+ Support new product tape out process to ensure good WAT test structure coverage and process margin in production.
+ Work with foundry on the WAT / Inline monitoring.
+ Work with a cross functional team in foundry excursion / RMA / quality issues by supporting data analytics to identify root cause and implement actions and meet delivery requirements.
+ Support foundry/fab transfer safe launch data analytics
+ Conduct defect density (D0) yield calculation for new projects.


Qualifications


+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering function-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
