Driving yield improvement activities during new product ramp up and volume production including Foundry Defect Density reduction CIP.
Collaborate with the foundry process tech team, Product & test Engineering and foundry technical manager to design wafer DOEs for yield improvement.
Support new product tape out process to ensure good WAT test structure coverage and process margin in production.
Work with foundry on the WAT / Inline monitoring.
Work with a cross functional team in foundry excursion / RMA / quality issues by supporting data analytics to identify root cause and implement actions and meet delivery requirements.
Support foundry/fab transfer safe launch data analytics
Conduct defect density (D0) yield calculation for new projects.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering function-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
