Senior Front of House Manager

Life & Brand Portfolio seeks an experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Tiger's Milk Moffett on Main in Gqeberha. This candidate will be responsible for effective communication with guests and management of staff. The ideal candidate should highly motivated, efficient and have previous experience in a similar role and environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Daily administrative requirements;
• Events and functions; all events and function communication to guests and management; communication to relevant departments for stock and OE requirements, for approval by the General Manager
• If by any chance the General Manager is not on duty you will be in charge / responsible and accountable for the shop
• Daily store and floor operational requirements;
• FOH and guest liaisons
• Daily pre and post shift checklists are, implemented, completed, checked and filed.
