Senior Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using
  React and
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for performance, scalability, and accessibility
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers within Agile (Scrum) environments
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while promoting strong code review practices
• Mentor and support mid-level frontend developers and encourage knowledge sharing
• Identify and resolve performance, rendering, and scalability challenges
• Contribute to frontend technical strategy, including tooling, library selection, and platform standards
