**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in software development, with experience in building web-based applications.
+ Experience designing software systems, including requirements gathering, analysis, and design.
+ Experience in the Java programming language.
+ Experience programming in Kotlin.
