Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis , ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards .

• Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy
