Senior Fund Accountant for Private Equity

In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director, providing a full suite of accounting services tailored for private equity clients. Key tasks include managing NAV preparation, security pricing, and preparing investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage NAV preparation and accrual bookings for clients
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations
• Reconcile cash and security positions timely
• Calculate and prepare management fee schedules
• Assist with audit and regulatory reporting
Requirements:
• Degree or skilled qualification preferred (CPA or CMA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
