Senior Fund Accountant

Work Set Up: Hybrid | Mid and Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to manage fund accounting and operations for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and managed accounts. The role involves NAV preparation, reconciliations, GAAP financial statements, partner allocations, management/performance fees, audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAV calculations for funds and managed accounts
• Perform daily reconciliations between internal systems and portfolio accounting systems (Advent Geneva, Investran, OMS/PMS)
• Assist with GAAP financial statement preparation, partner capital statements, and annual audits
• Calculate management and performance fees, and review distributions
• Analyze fund agreements and their impact on accounting
