Senior Fund Accounting Officer

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Manage complex topics including carried interest, waterfalls, and profit distribution mechanisms across Private Equity and Real Estate structures.
