Senior Local Fund Operations (Director – Client Services) | Chile
Amicorp Group is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Director – Client Services to lead and grow our Fund Services business in Chile.
This is a senior leadership role combining investment fund expertise, client relationship management, business development, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance while actively driving commercial growth and expanding our local funds platform.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Facilitation & Client Leadership:
Act as technical advisor across the fund business for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Lead fund structuring initiatives and support new fund launches.
Review and coordinate legal, regulatory, and commercial documentation.
