Job Description

What will be your missions?
Giving clients legal advice and strategic direction about investment fund laws and compliance specifications.
Drafting and examining legal papers, such as offering memoranda, prospectuses, and fund agreements.
Carrying out legal analysis and research to assist with client initiatives and guarantee adherence to pertinent rules and laws.

What's your profile?
Minimum of 5 years of similar experience.
Fluency in both French and English.
