JOB DETAILS Job Title SGM-Finance & Accounts Reports To Director JOB OBJECTIVES To lead and manage the Finance & Accounts operations for the India & Sharjah unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust cash flow management, statutory compliance cost control, and strong support to manufacturing operations through effective budgeting, MIS, audits and process governance. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Accounting & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and company policies. Oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Maintain strong cash flow visibility through continuous forecasting and treasury coordination. Monitor cost, cash flow, working capital, and variance analysis for factory operations. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS Lead annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
