Job Description:

The Senior Generator Technician is responsible for leading the installation, advanced diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial and commercial power generation equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, operational reliability, and compliance with safety and industry standards while providing technical guidance to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of generator systems and related equipment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Perform load bank testing and evaluate generator performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams.
