Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a well‑regarded multidisciplinary consultancy delivering technically challenging projects across New Zealand.

This established practice provides geotechnical, structural, and civil engineering services throughout New Zealand, the technical teams delivers practical design solutions across residential, commercial, telecommunications, and land development sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Geotechnical investigations and engineering assessments
• Slope stability and retaining wall design
• Foundation and earthworks design
• Seismic, liquefaction, and seepage analysis
• Deep excavation and soil–structure interaction modelling
• Construction phase support, site inspections, and specialist advice

About You

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 7+ years’ experience in geotechnical design and analysis
