Senior German-Speaking Tour Series & Groups Sales Lead

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in tourism sales, ideally within a DMC, tour operator, or inbound group/series environment
• Proven success in Tour Series / Group Sales
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written – business level)
• Strong knowledge of Southern and/or East Africa as destinations
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple series and partners simultaneously
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to international B2B partners

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working with Tourplan or similar quoting systems
• Exposure to MICE or special-interest group travel (cultural, incentive, educational, affinity groups)
