Lead the organisation's GIS strategy and roadmap, focusing on AutoCAD‑to‑ArcGIS migration.
Implement and manage CAD‑to‑GIS conversion workflows, data models, and topology rules.
Develop ArcGIS templates, layouts, and symbology libraries for consistent production.
Own the GIS platform architecture, standards, and technical implementation requirements.
Guide external consultants to align with GIS standards and operational goals.
Oversee marine cable route survey data management, QA/QC, and controlled geodatabases.
