We're hiring: Senior Google Ads Specialist (10+ Years Experience)
We're looking for a senior-level Google Ads expert with at least 10 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns. This role is for someone who has seen platform changes, algorithm shifts, and knows how to adapt fast while keeping performance strong.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
Managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and CPA
Deep keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
Advanced conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Auditing and fixing underperforming accounts
Translating data into clear actions and business decisions
Mentoring or guiding junior team members when needed
