Senior Google & Meta Performance Media Buyer

Your mission

As our new Senior Media Buyer, your mission is to plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google, and TikTok, develop scalable strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and scale ad accounts from 4–5 digit daily budgets — and even up to 6 digits on Black Friday.

You’ll analyze and interpret campaign data, run A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and report KPIs weekly to clients. Together with our creative team, you’ll brief and test high-performing ad creatives. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to align strategies, act as a sparring partner in client meetings, and bring fresh ideas by evaluating industry trends and testing innovative strategies. Beyond execution, you’ll help shape the bigger picture — from strategy and creative input to thought leadership in the performance marketing space.
