Senior Governance, Compliance and Risk Officer

Reports to

Job purpose

To provide senior‑level leadership, management and oversight of governance, assurance and risk across the organisation. The role acts as a key steward of good governance, embedding a culture of compliance, accountability and transparency. The postholder collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Board of Trustees and other stakeholders, ensuring key issues, risks and governance priorities are effectively communicated and addressed.
