About the Role

You will take ownership of a comprehensive and critical review of existing risk management, control design, and assurance practices — identifying gaps, recommending targeted improvements, and driving the implementation of agreed measures across the entire unit. Your work will directly shape the strategic importance and effectiveness of the risk and assurance framework for a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a comprehensive review of the existing risk management, control design, and assurance practices across the CRES unit, ensuring no stone is left unturned

Identify gaps and recommend targeted measures to enhance the impact, effectiveness, and adherence of the current Swiss Re risk framework
