Key Competencies Required:
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in leadership roles managing international grants, preferably managing large complex USAID grants; experience with performance-based mechanisms preferred 
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience leading teams overseeing
  • Demonstrated background ensuring compliance on large complex donor funded programs and current knowledge of USAID rules and regulations 
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with various external stakeholders 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relations with the relevant partners and counterparts 
  • Well organized, able to work independently, skilled in handling multiple tasks, able to adhere to deadlines
