Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with creative strategy experience to produce high-performing ad and email assets for U.S. DTC and eCommerce brands.

This is a senior-level performance design role — ideal for someone who can concept, design, and think like a marketer. You should understand the psychology behind great ads: why people click, what makes creative convert, and how to translate data into new ideas.

You'll collaborate directly with a founder-led performance marketing team that manages ad creative and growth strategy for top U.S. brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and design Meta ad creatives (static and video) that perform across different audiences and funnels.
